

VeraMa TABATA
VeraMa TABATA is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. Our shortest program is ideal for those who don’t have much time. In addition to using bodyweight exercises, various other equipment is also included, positively impacting both aerobic and anaerobic capacity.
The goal of the program is to shape the body—as an aesthetic component—and to improve cardiovascular and respiratory capacity through intervals of intense work and rest—as a functional component.
Throughout this program, you will go through 4-minute sets consisting of 8 rounds alternating between high-intensity work intervals (20 seconds) and active or passive rest (10 seconds). The program is perfect for anyone short on time, and the metabolic demands of the workout will keep your energy expenditure elevated even after spending just 30 minutes in the gym!
