

VeraMa INTENSE
VeraMa INTENSE is a program designed for women who are ready for more challenging workouts. It includes a variety of training methods and formats (circuit, frontal, etc.) with a consistent progression in workout volume.
The goal of the program is to optimize all components of health-related fitness, support functional development and maintenance, and shape the body. In addition to cardio intervals, special focus is placed on developing and sculpting the “critical female areas” — the abdomen, glutes, and legs.
If you’re a beginner and find any exercise too demanding, you’ll be provided with modified versions until you reach the fitness level of the rest of the group.
The training session lasts 50 minutes
