

VeraMa CARDIO PILATES
VeraMa CARDIO PILATES combines an aerobic component in the first part of the session with controlled and static Pilates exercises in the second. It’s ideal for body shaping and reducing subcutaneous fat.
The goal of this program is to develop and maintain the cardiovascular and respiratory components of health-related fitness, while also building and sustaining full-body strength, stability, and control.
The training session lasts 50 minutes
Groups are up to 10 members
