We offer the following group classes: Pilates, Cardio Pilates, Intense, Medical, and Tabata training.

Yes, as part of our personal training sessions, the workout plan and program are tailored specifically to your goals and preferences. We also offer semi-private training sessions for two participants, where—with a shared goal and the full dedication of the trainer—we work together to achieve the desired results.

We are located in the very heart of Zadar's sports scene — in a modern, newly renovated space within the covered passage next to the indoor swimming pool at Višnjik. Our address is Splitska 3.

If you are a beginner and haven’t exercised before, we recommend starting with the Pilates program. Cardio Pilates is suitable if you want to combine more intense cardio exercises at the beginning of the workout. If you have injuries or problems with your musculoskeletal system, we recommend the Medical program. For more intense workouts combining cardio and external resistance, you can choose our Intense or Tabata programs.<br /> If you are still unsure which program to choose, feel free to contact us and we will help you decide.

No, if you have never exercised before, you can confidently contact us. We will adapt the exercises and repetitions to your initial condition if you are unable to immediately follow the group program.

When all spots in the group you want are filled, we can put you on our waiting list and notify you when a spot becomes available. Sometimes this could be as soon as the next day, while other times it may not be during the entire season. You can also join another group, and we will inform you when you can switch to your preferred time depending on availability.

Yes, in the morning sessions we offer Pilates, Cardio Pilates, and the Medical program.

Group training sessions last 50 minutes, prenatal training lasts 45 minutes, and the Tabata program lasts 30 minutes.
